Like a Pauper

Why do I eat like this when I'm on my own for a meal?  Why, I ask you, why?!

It boggles my mind.

I like to eat.  I like to cook.  Why don't I do it for myself?

A couple thoughts.

1. I'm too busy making other messes to bother with cooking.

2. I don't enjoy it as much if nobody else is enjoying the fruits of my labor.

Regardless of my reasons, I am making Pappa al Pomodoro tonight.
