I like trying new recipes. I can't claim to create most of them. Oh, no. I fully rely on the professional skills of other people and the strong collection of cookbooks and cooking magazines I have, for my recipes. If I created the recipe, you can bet I'll tell you I did.
In recent days, I've discovered a few things about my cooking.
1. It's not gourmet. Which is kind of sad. I think I'll end up making Pillsbury casseroles later in life after all.
2. It's focused on simple, fairly inexpensive ingredients.
3. It's easy. I don't like complicated recipes or lots of steps or difficult-to-master techniques - mostly because I just cannot do those things! You've seen the mistakes I make with my recipes as it is!!
